TRONTEQ Warranty
We build ROQSTARs to perform, and we stand behind our products.
ROQSTAR Ethernet Switches have a 5-year warranty.
This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship and covers repair or replacement. The warranty applies from the delivery date to all new devices purchased directly from TRONTEQ.
If a ROQSTAR Ethernet switch has a defect within the warranty period, TRONTEQ will, at its own discretion, repair the device or replace it with a new device.
Defects caused by incorrect installation, operation beyond specification, modification of the devices, opening of the device or improper use of the software are excluded from the warranty.
Devices which are not covered by warranty will not be repaired.
Return (RMA)
If there is a material or manufacturing defect during the warranty period, the device can be returned to TRONTEQ for repair or replacement. The process is started via the RMA form. Our support will contact you then.
The repair or replacement usually takes place within 10 working days of receipt of the returned device. Once completed, the device will be shipped to the given address. TRONTEQ will cover the shipping costs. The cause of the defect and its resolution will be stated in the delivery note.
QA-Reports
We are more than anybody else interested in finding product weaknesses and reducing their occurrences. However, analyzing a defect, we first focus on its severity and on proving whether the defect is serial or random. Next step is to categorize what caused the defect: design, process or people.
Most of defects are random and not complex. They can be solved or at least categorized and corrected quickly. Our approach is based on maximal flexibility, minimal effort and minimal time consumption and above all - no overcomplication. Thus, we do not generate in such reports as 8D, RCA, DMIAC
